About the Aprilia Shiver 900

Powered by a Euro 4 compliant liquid cooled 896.1cc V-Twin 90° V-Twin, producing 93.9bhp

The Aprilia Shiver 900 replaces the Aprilia Shiver 750 with a bored out engine, new wheels, the RSV4 dash and new traction control system.

Interestingly it has discs at the end of the exhaust system, design to send the fumes down and to the side of the pillion.

Selecting sport mode gives you an aggressive throttle response while Touring mode tones it down a bit and Rain mode drops power down to 70bhp.

Optional extras include LED indicators, comfort seat, panniers, tank bag, multimedia platform and a selection of carbon and billet parts.

Rider Profile

Best ForBest suited to intermediate and experienced riders who want a torquey, characterful V-twin without the intimidation of a full literbike.
PurposeA naked streetfighter built for spirited backroad rides, twisty commutes, and weekend cornering fun rather than long-distance touring or off-road use.
Rider FitThe 810mm seat height and moderate 218kg wet weight make it manageable for most riders, though shorter riders may need to tiptoe at a stop.
CharacterThe V-twin engine delivers a punchy, characterful pull with strong midrange torque and an engaging exhaust note, favoring feel over outright top-end speed.
Not Ideal ForNot the right choice for riders seeking long-haul touring comfort, pillion-friendly ergonomics, or any serious off-road capability.
