The Veloce Motorcycle Aperion is a limited-run British café racer built around an extraordinary hand-built engine: a 1,000cc 8-cylinder, X-configuration, two-stroke, fed by eight 24mm Dell'Orto carburetors and producing a claimed 280 hp (206 kW) at 12,000 rpm. Power runs through a 6-speed manual gearbox and chain final drive, with the engine block doubling as a stressed member supporting twin steel-tubular-lattice subframes. It rides on a reverse-action telescopic fork with dual radial 4-piston front brakes and a single-sided swingarm with a single rear disc; the manufacturer offers no ABS or traction control. Hand-assembled in the UK, only 24 examples are planned, priced at roughly £78,000 each, with first deliveries expected in 2027.
