Rider Profile

Best ForBest suited to intermediate to experienced riders who want a sporty V-twin without the extreme demands of a full superbike.
PurposeDesigned as a sport-touring machine that blends Ducati's characterful L-twin performance with a more relaxed, versatile riding stance.
Rider FitThe 810 mm seat height and moderate wrist loading make it approachable for most body types, though the sporty ergonomics still favor riders with reasonable core strength on longer rides.
CharacterDelivers the classic Ducati Testastretta soul - torquey mid-range pull, sharp handling from the trellis frame, and a refined, grown-up sportbike feel rather than raw track aggression.
Not Ideal ForNot the right choice for off-road adventures or riders seeking an upright, budget commuter-focused machine.

2018 Ducati SuperSport Rider Ergonomics Assessment

Calculated in your browser only - your height/inseam are never sent to our servers.

Feet:

At 810mm, a rider of 175cm with a 79cm (estimated) inseam will reach the ground with both feet flat on the 2018 Ducati SuperSport, with a cramped knee angle of around 70 degrees and a forward-leaning riding position.

Data quality: measured. Assumes about 30mm of suspension sag once seated (a typical street-bike rule of thumb - stiffer or softer suspension will vary). This is an approximation from category-typical geometry and generic body proportions, not a measurement of this specific bike or you - sit on it before you buy.
