About the Aprilia RSV 1000 R Factory

The RSVR Factory is, a evolution of the previous RSV Mille R.

A total of 4kg was shaved off the weight of the gen 2 RSVR and includes adjustable Ohlins suspension front and rear along with plenty of carbon panels and 25% lighter forged Aluminium and anodized wheels.

A slightly updated 2006 Aprilia RSV 1000 R pushed the power up to 143bhp by introducing a new engine mapping, larger air intake and gold frame. Aprilia stopped manufacturing in 2008 to focus on the RSV4 but you could still buy them new until around 2010.
