Rider Profile

Best ForSuitable for riders with at least some prior experience, though its manageable weight and smooth V-twin make it approachable for those moving up from smaller bikes.
PurposeBuilt as a practical sport tourer that favors relaxed shaft-driven cruising and everyday usability over outright performance.
Rider FitA seat height of 805mm combined with substantial weight of around 255kg means shorter or less experienced riders may find slow-speed maneuvering and parking lot handling a bit demanding.
CharacterA composed, low-maintenance V-twin machine that prioritizes shaft-drive reliability, wind protection, and mile-munching comfort over sharp handling or top-end excitement.
Not Ideal ForNot the right choice for riders chasing high top speeds, aggressive cornering thrills, or any kind of off-road capability.

2010 Honda NT700V Rider Ergonomics Assessment

Calculated in your browser only - your height/inseam are never sent to our servers.

Feet:

At 805mm, a rider of 175cm with a 79cm (estimated) inseam will reach the ground with both feet flat on the 2010 Honda NT700V, with a cramped knee angle of around 70 degrees and a forward-leaning riding position.

Data quality: measured. Assumes about 30mm of suspension sag once seated (a typical street-bike rule of thumb - stiffer or softer suspension will vary). This is an approximation from category-typical geometry and generic body proportions, not a measurement of this specific bike or you - sit on it before you buy.
