Rider Profile

Best ForThis is a track-focused supersport best suited to experienced riders who are comfortable with aggressive ergonomics and high-rev engines.
PurposeBuilt primarily for spirited canyon carving and track days, with the Yoshimura performance touches emphasizing sharper throttle response and racier styling over daily practicality.
Rider FitExpect a committed forward-leaning riding position with high footpegs and a low, narrow seat that puts significant weight on the wrists and demands good core strength for longer rides.
CharacterA high-strung, precise 750cc inline-four that rewards revving hard and carrying corner speed, with light aluminum-frame agility and strong braking feel from the Brembo front setup.
Not Ideal ForNot a good fit for new riders, those wanting upright comfort, long-distance touring, or anyone needing luggage capacity and a plush pillion experience.

Calculated in your browser only - your height/inseam are never sent to our servers.

Feet:

At 810mm, a rider of 175cm with a 79cm (estimated) inseam will reach the ground with both feet flat on the 2014 Suzuki GSX-R750 Yoshimura, with a cramped knee angle of around 70 degrees and a forward-leaning riding position.

Data quality: measured. Assumes about 30mm of suspension sag once seated (a typical street-bike rule of thumb - stiffer or softer suspension will vary). This is an approximation from category-typical geometry and generic body proportions, not a measurement of this specific bike or you - sit on it before you buy.

⚠ Safety Recalls (1)

POWER TRAIN:MANUAL TRANSMISSION Oct 2014 · 14V629000

Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (Suzuki) is recalling certain model year 2011-2014 GSX-R750 and 2009-2014 GSX-R1000 motorcycles. If a gear is missed while upshifting, the strain applied to the drive chain after the next shift may cause the rear axle to move, damaging the left-side drive chain adjuster.

Risk: If the drive chain adjuster gets damaged, the drive chain may come off, removing power to the rear wheel, and increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Suzuki will notify owners, and dealers will replace the left-side chain adjuster with an improved part. The recall began on October 17, 2014. Owners may contact Suzuki customer service at 1-714-572-1490. Suzuki's numbers for this recall are 2A40, 2A41, 2A42 and 2A43.
