Rider Profile

Best ForBest suited to riders with some experience handling a heavy, low-slung power cruiser with a stretched-out riding position.
PurposeBuilt for straight-line boulevard muscle and show-stopping presence rather than agile cornering or long-distance touring.
Rider FitThe low 648mm seat height helps shorter riders reach the ground, but the substantial 282kg wet weight demands confidence at low speed and in tight maneuvers.
CharacterA liquid-cooled, high-revving V-twin drag-style cruiser that trades traditional Harley rumble for a more performance-oriented, aggressive power delivery.
Not Ideal ForNot a good fit for riders wanting nimble cornering, off-road capability, or a relaxed, wind-protected touring setup.

Character map is an editorial estimate based on this bike's specifications, not a lab-tested measurement.

2006 Harley-Davidson VRSCA V-Rod Rider Ergonomics Assessment

Calculated in your browser only - your height/inseam are never sent to our servers.

Feet:

At 648mm, a rider of 175cm with a 79cm (estimated) inseam will reach the ground with both feet flat on the 2006 Harley-Davidson VRSCA V-Rod, with a cramped knee angle of around 70 degrees and an upright riding position.

Data quality: measured. Assumes about 30mm of suspension sag once seated (a typical street-bike rule of thumb - stiffer or softer suspension will vary). This is an approximation from category-typical geometry and generic body proportions, not a measurement of this specific bike or you - sit on it before you buy.
